Magpul created a custom woven 1" wide single-ply webbing to drastically reduce extra bulk and offer a high-strength, streamlined sling that avoids snagging. The custom weave resists rolling and twisting, keeping the MS1 Lite consistently comfortable while maintaining the no-pill and anti-chafe characteristics that Magpul slings are known for. The smaller size also allows for easier stowage in tight, snag-prone areas such as cases, racks, and weapon safes.
