Rostic Arms Limited Lifetime Warranty

Thank you for choosing ROSTIC ARMS. This firearm is backed by Rostic Arms’ commitment to precision, performance, and durability.

Coverage

Rostic Arms, LLC (“Rostic Arms”) warrants this firearm to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original retail purchaser.

Valid only for the first owner who purchased the firearm new from an authorized Rostic Arms dealer or directly from Rostic Arms.
Proof of purchase with model and serial number is required.
Warranty is non-transferable.

What We Cover

Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
Repair or replacement of defective parts, or replacement of the firearm at Rostic Arms’ discretion.
Labor and return shipping on approved claims within the continental U.S.

What’s Not Covered

Normal wear and tear (finish wear, barrel erosion, springs, etc.).
Cosmetic issues (scratches, dings, discoloration, rust, or corrosion).
Damage from abuse, neglect, misuse, accidents, improper maintenance, or lack of cleaning.
Use of improper, reloaded, or non-SAAMI-spec ammunition.
Alterations, unauthorized modifications, or third-party repairs.
Accessories, including magazines, optics, or aftermarket parts.
Firearms with altered or removed serial numbers.

How to Get Service

Contact Us First: Email warranty@rosticarms.com or call [616-375-7281] with your name, serial number, proof of purchase, and description of the issue.
Return Authorization: We’ll issue an RA number with shipping instructions. Do not ship without an RA.
Shipping: You cover shipping to us; we cover return shipping for approved claims. Ship unloaded and in compliance with all laws.

Limits

This warranty is the exclusive remedy for defects.
Rostic Arms is not liable for incidental, consequential, or special damages (loss of time, ammo, income, etc.).
Warranty void if serial number is removed, altered, or if the firearm is used unlawfully.
State laws may give you additional rights.
