All firearms ship via UPS or FedEx with adult signature required. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after FFL verification and payment. All shipments are insured for their full value. Customers must report issues within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. Please contact us before initiating any chargeback. All firearm sales are final. Returns only accepted for manufacturer defects, and only if the firearm is unfired and in new condition. Contact us before returning. Customer-error returns may incur a 15% restocking fee. Per ATF regulation 27 CFR 478.147, firearms may be sent directly to the manufacturer for repair. Contact the manufacturer for shipping instructions. Contact Rostic Arms if returning via us is required. Unshipped orders may be canceled. Shipped orders follow the return policy. No refunds on firearms after FFL transfer.
