Shipping Firearms

• Federal Law Compliance: All firearms must be shipped to a verified Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder.
• Customer Responsibility: Customers must provide receiving FFL information at checkout. Rostic Arms will verify the license.
• State Compliance: Firearms and magazines are not shipped to restricted states or municipalities. It is the customer’s responsibility to know their local laws.
• Age Requirement: Must be 18+ for rifles/shotguns and 21+ for handguns/receivers.

Shipping Methods

All firearms ship via UPS or FedEx with adult signature required. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after FFL verification and payment.

Shipping Insurance & Lost Packages

All shipments are insured for their full value. Customers must report issues within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. Please contact us before initiating any chargeback.

Return Policy

Firearm Sales - Final

All firearm sales are final. Returns only accepted for manufacturer defects, and only if the firearm is unfired and in new condition. Contact us before returning.

Accessories & Apparel

• Returns accepted within 30 days if items are unused and in original packaging.
• Customer pays return shipping unless item was defective or incorrect.
• Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) required before sending items back.

Restocking Fee

Customer-error returns may incur a 15% restocking fee.

Warranty Repairs

Per ATF regulation 27 CFR 478.147, firearms may be sent directly to the manufacturer for repair. Contact the manufacturer for shipping instructions. Contact Rostic Arms if returning via us is required.

Cancellations

Unshipped orders may be canceled. Shipped orders follow the return policy. No refunds on firearms after FFL transfer.
